Massa's St. Charles - Saint Charles

I and some friends who were in town for the weekend, went back to the back night. in the first night they were so a bit slow, but understandable with any restaurant. eating was amazing and that made us come back. I ordered a drink from the bar and it came to me after I got my lunch instead of getting at the beginning, so that this was the only part by night. At night 2 when we went, they were not packed, maybe 4 other tables were filled in total. the waitress we had at night 2 was not really important to wait for us, did not want to give us any refills, and did not want to do anything. I didn't catch their names because there was no name sign to tell us who she was, nor did she give her name, but she also seemed to be dressed differently than the rest of the waiting staff when she wore a blue set piece. when we got our jacks, we wanted to pay with credit and waited almost 10 minutes before one of us just paid and went. on the bad service of the waitress did not taste eating that also some of the foods were burned and there were flying or nats that flew around the table and our food. when we tried to tell someone about it, they didn't seem to care and nothing was done with it. only give a 3 star instead of a 1 star rating, because eating in the first night was great and brought us to return, but the success of a place during a busy time could not be a second time during a slow time was ridiculous.

The personal was super friendly and everyone was informed about the menu. it had a wonderful community atmosphere where they would like to come back. the food was good. it was something on the expensive side. we will definitely come back!

We went there to celebrate the birthday of a friend. the service was good. the decor was a mix of sporty, regular restaurant and a few symbols of the outside. the food was good. some more spices could have been used on the ties. but overall it was pleasant.

This place is fantastic, and I would highly encourage you try it out. From their wonderful lunch menu to Sunday Brunch, I'm confident you won't be disappointed. Dom, Jess and the entire Massas Team are great and go above and beyond.

If you want to have a nice Italian meal and a pleasant experience, I 5 star Massa’s St. Charles New Town Blvd. Lots of music many evenings…To be honest, I can’t wait for Spring and the patio to be open. Friday lunch and stay for Sunday brunch. There is something for all here.
