The kitchen is always spotless and the owner, Bobby Koutsogiannopoulos, is very strict about cleanliness. I have worked for Bobby and his parents for many years, even during renovations and expansion. Not only does he have high standards for food quality, but he also values customer satisfaction. Mammas has never had issues with health inspectors, who even eat there after inspections because the kitchen is so clean. Bobby takes pride in allowing customers to see the kitchen at any time because he has nothing to hide. If you don't appreciate the smell of good cooking and great pizza, you are welcome to eat elsewhere. Perhaps La Belle Provence is more your style.
After working at the same location for several years, it becomes challenging to discover nearby restaurants that offer good food. It's even more difficult when trying to satisfy a variety of tastes. This is why I decided to dine at Mamma's in Ville-Saint-Laurent.
Incredible. This is undoubtedly the best pizza in Montreal. I have searched for the top pizza for years, and so far have not found anything better. Bobby and Maria really know their stuff. Trust me, give it a try and you'll see for yourself!
The place itself is not nice always order for take out since in live in ville st.laurent but man the pizzas are so amazing have been eating there pizza for over 10 years.I am know to them as the guy who asks for 3 extra buns on my pizza .and they are always happy to add them .
Not much can be said. It's the morning and your hungry? This place will do achieve its goal to fill your stomach. No complains, you eat what you expect. There is one thing that icks me, why can't I replace one item on my breakfast place with another? I wanted more sausage instead of ham. Instead of telling me, we can't, they should be more accommodating. It ain't gonna change the world to get more of that **** we call sausage instead of freakin ham. Customer service should be at your top of your list!
