Our daughter loves pho and we always come here when she is home from college. besides the suppe, which can be seasoned with seasoned and planted or siracha on the table, we also like to garnish the pineapple frits together and huh! I look at carbs and usually get the delicious filet over spinat greens. very delicate and super, slightly dressing. good wine and beer and cocktail selection. it's hit or miss with the ambiente we were when it buffalo, and in this last Friday night we were the only ones who were curious. they give this grace a walk.
Pho broth was good. reisnudels were hung together and not much for a xl bowl. must be a middle-western thing where xl actually means xl.
We had a big group today and all enjoyed their meals. salt pfeffer calamari and the Mango/Porzell summer rolls were delish! only on the bottom was that 7 of the 9 meal times came out and the other 2 were delayed from any reason. will definitely eat here!
The Ramen was horrible- yellow, dry and still square like it's been pulled out of a grocery ramen bag. The cook did not even bother to make sure the noodles are cooked. Why must you pretend to be everything Asian when you can't. Focus on Pho and make it authentic, not some Asian fusion ****, unless you can really pull it. The server white girl with tatoos (I love the tatoos, not the snobby attitude). Took forever to take our order. Only thing going for this place is the ambiance. I like the lighting, but not enough to make us return.
