I couldn't pay through the app because the scanner wasn’t functioning. Additionally, I wasn’t able to use all my coupons and the $2 rewards.
The sandwiches are good, but I stopped going there when it became overly commercialized with millionaire owners and celebrity chefs. I’m not willing to pay for that, and the prices went up significantly.
Great spot for sandwiches! The staff handles a lot of customers with grace, so they deserve some appreciation for that. They're really friendly and efficient, which is essential. I wanted to add that this team is outstanding. They offer a good selection of sides and are accommodating with any app limitations. I couldn't have made it through the pandemic without them. Go Subway at UCSF!
The worst service I've ever experienced. They intentionally delayed my order even when I politely requested them to speed things up.
