Contribuer aux commentairesWe came here needing a change of pace after two weeks of Spanish food. It’s a good sign when we walked in and saw Japanese customers chatting with the Japanese proprietor. We ordered a couple of rolls, gyoza dumplings, miso soup, and the ramen. The ramen does not compare to the ones in Japan obviously, but if you need a fix, it’ll probably do. Other dishes were good, if not a bit expensive. Service was a bit rough because the only server just started the job and did not speak any English. The proprietor helped us with some of the orders. All in all, it’s a good place if you want a change of pace.
Last Sunday we were about to spend a great tapas lunch at Kenji’s as we are used to since a couple of years now ! The main door was closed but it was like 1:00 pm .. I came in and asked with a nice smile in Spannish if the bar was open ! What a surprise this guy answered « si » like he was a real bad mood .. no smile no hola no thanks ... my husband was quite surprised as well but as lovers of the place which id worth it we came in anyway.. Both guys were in a bad mood apparently as they didn’t answer any of my question.. Despite the great place .. we went out and left the place .. and I am not sure we will get back again! It’s a pity because the place and the food are great but no way we give our money to ungrateful people ! Sorry Kenji
