Tim Hortons - Sault Ste. Marie

Slow service on drivethru. today, tomorrow and evening, was a person at the window. I guess her geduld is there for so long on this hard weather. I wonder why there is no rotation for the person who visits the window.

Cold coffee..literally everytime I go there its luke warm in the drive thru ..

Wrong sandwich and coffee forgot about my donout asked for it and by the look from the staff member I was the stupid one asking for something I paid for ??

I've gone to this Tim's three or four times and they usually get my order wrong. They always seem to have new staff working the front that arnt sure what to do. Not knocking the staff, I know they do the best they can but it gets old.

I went through the drive-thru and received fast and friendly service. The food and drinks were tasty. The parking was convenient.
