We only received two out of the three meals we ordered, and the remaining meal took 45 minutes to arrive, even though others who ordered after us got their food first. We spoke with the manager, who offered us a complimentary dessert, but we were still very dissatisfied with the service.
Without a doubt, this Nandos location in Toronto is the best. The chicken was cooked to perfection and not dry at all. Despite a crowded day and being a large group, Ishfaque went out of his way to ensure we had an excellent experience.
The food of this location is consistent and up to the expectations of a Nandos. But their service can improve a little bit with having more people to take orders and minimize time waiting for ordering food.
It's a self serve Portuguese restaurant that still asks for a tip.I ordered a quarter chicken dinner, and got a leg. 1 small tiny leg. The skin was rubbery, the meat tough. The wedges were good due to a huge amount of salt and Peri Peri sauce. The restaurant itself was dirty, I will not be returning. Avoid if possible.
TERRIBLE!!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME! It took over an hour and a half to get my food, they kept on saying 20 minutes. 20 minutes. 20 minutes. I DO NOT recommend this location whatsoever. Whoever designed the order system needs to be reconsidered. 20 min to get 4 people’s orders. Insane. Everyone ahead of me also waited. And it looked like the kitchen was full. So no excuse to be slow. DO NOT GO unless you would like to waste your time.
