The mushroom pizza I ordered after the recommendation of the waiter should be removed from the menu! the ingredients are not complementary (mushroom, pine nuts,! red cabbage! ughh
I love going to Piatti's for lunch with one of my dear girlfriends. We always have a lovely time there and the food, service and ambience are great! This time we were seated right next to the fireplace and that was FANTASTIC as it was cold the day we visited. Overall, I highly recommend the Little Gems salad and the spinach fllled ravioli's with lemon sauce. My absolute favorite!! The one thing that is a glitch is the parking i.e. super crowded and busy. Plan accordingly for your arrival time.
The food was so delicious! would come back to special occasions. a bit expensive for the portions, but a total of 4/5.
I have had two lunches at Piatti in the past week. Both were to accommodate vegetarians, and they were pleased with their dishes (one had a mushroom pizza, the other mushroom pasta). And I chose the bolognese rigatoni for both meals. The portions were perfect and a good value. The service was excellent during both visits. While not quiet, the noise was at a level that it was easy to have a conversation, and tables were spaced so that you didn't feel like you were intruding on those nearby or them on you. The only downside is U Village, in which parking is a hassle.
