We drove by Sequim and decided to stop for dinner on Saturday evening, then we found Sawadee. We ordered Goong Ka Tiem (fried prawns with garlic) and basil fried rice. Look at those humongous prawns, and there were at least 8-10 of them!! The fried rice is also on point. The chef/owner told me she’s been serving this neighborhood since 1992. Even though I probably won’t visit this place again (because I live in Los Angeles), I wanted to let you know how excellent and honest this restaurant is. They definitely deserve 5 stars! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommendation for vegetarians: Highly recommend Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot
The menu says the entree comes with rice but they charge extra for it. My beef over vermicelli was just beef over pasta noodles way too expensive for what you get Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
Only giving 3 stars because of the price. They don't even include rice with their curry! Service was good and food was good but we went to Thai all through CA, OR, WA and Sequim was the most expensive but it wasn't the best curry we've ever had. This place charges for upscale curry without being upscale.
