Domino's Pizza - Sheboygan

I placed an order for over $50 worth of food at 5:30 last night. After waiting two hours, I called to check on it and was told it was on its way. I called again later and was informed it was still in the oven, then later that it was on the way again, only for them to eventually cancel my order. When I tried to reorder today, I learned that the restaurant wouldn't accept my free pizza coupon again, meaning it would actually cost me more than the original order from yesterday. I'm incredibly frustrated, especially since it's my birthday and I can't even get the food I ordered!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. My pizza and stuffed bread were overcooked, and when I called to complain, the manager at TAKOTA was quite rude. She mentioned that they could send a new order, but it would likely look the same, all while having a nasty attitude. To make matters worse, they didn’t even include my marinara sauce. I'm extremely disappointed with both the food and the service.

Always a great place to order pizza from. It has never had a problem before. Food hot and the supplies are polite.

In my experience, Domino's always serves delicious pizza and barbecue that is delivered quickly and piping hot. I’m very satisfied with Domino's!
