I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The take away service was the worst I've ever had. It took half an hour to receive my order, and when we asked for a discount, they refused but offered a free starter for next time (which we will not be coming back for). To make matters worse, our order was missing chips and rice, which was frustrating. The food we did receive was warm and tasted terrible. The staff was unhelpful and rude. Overall, I was very disappointed with this restaurant and would not recommend it.

The food was good, but the prices were not very reasonable. You can find the same quality of food for a lot cheaper at other restaurants nearby.

The dining experience was pleasant and there was little to no waiting time.

Worst take away ever.. Never had such a bad takeaway in my life. Took well over an hour and a half for the food to arrive. When we asked for a discount on that they said no instead you can have a free starter next time (as if we would eat there again So then when we eventually got to eating the food we found out that they had forgot a portion of chips and a portion of rice, getting pretty annoyed now. Then the food we actually got was luke warm if that! Too top it all of the food tasted rubbish as well. Really not happy with this place from what ive said plus the staff weren't helpful and a bit rude. Couldn't write the review on just eat as we phoned directly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! IT IS RUBISH

We ordered from Happiness as our usual takeaway (Wai Hon) was closed. I always order the same from my takeaways (CRISPY shredded chicken) because it's never disappointed. When I called I even asked for it extra crispy because sometimes when I go to new places...it can be a little on the soft side. When I asked she assured me it would be crispy, HOWEVER after about minutes of waiting, to my absolute horror it was anything but CRISPY. In fact there wasn't even a slight crunch involved. Even the prawn crackers were soggy and dissapointing. I'm afraid I WILL NOT be returning here!! FALSE ADVERTISING
