We waited an hour for our meal and obviously the sides had just been sitting around. Others seated after us were getting their meals before us. There was only 3 of us so not like a large party we had. Our server was very unattentive. Had to ask for water refills every single time. We would literally have to try to flag him down. He never once asked if our meals were ok or checked on us for anything. They never cleared our finished dishes either, just brought the check. I am hoping this was an isolated visit. We only go for very special occasions so it was definitely a disappointment.
The atmosphere was amazing and our waiter Jim was very entertaining and polite.Parking: It was plenty of parking and easy access to the restaurantKid-friendliness: Kid friendly and great options for kids
Everything was awesome!!! I have absolutely no complaints at all!! It was our first time and we really enjoyed ourselves, we were there celebrating my daughter's 15th bday and everything what great my daughter really exited enjoyed herself!!
Service was horrible server wasn't attentive at all took over 10 min to see us. This was my second time within a two month time visiting and have him as a server it was extremely worst this time
My husband and I are frequent patrons of not only Ruth's Chris, but of this location specifically. Every time we come, we are greeted by excellent service and up until last night, exceptional food and value. We attended a Rombauer Vineyards dinner hosted at this location last night and were pleased with the wine but the rest left a lot to be desired. One of the items on the menu was lamb, and as I don't eat lamb I requested a substitution. The waiter was helpful in suggesting the chicken as he stated “it's back there and I'm sure they could cut off a piece for your course”. I was very pleased with his helpfulness. However, he stated it would simply be some chicken cut from a larger piece. When the chicken arrived at the table, it had been stuffed with a creamy filling. Having never thought to mention my sensitivity to rich or creamy foods, I took a few bites as I felt guilty complaining about a special accommodation. However, this made me feel so ill that I ate maybe a third of the chicken, and missed out entirely on the main course (the fabulous filet that accounts for a majority of the bill). To contribute to the disappointment in the food, we'd requested those filets medium and received them extremely well done. This was mine and my husband's 9-year wedding anniversary and to say we were looking forward to this dinner is an understatement I am very disappointed that the cost of the dinner was $130/person, and all I was able to enjoy was a couple glasses of wine (couldn't finish the rest from feeling so sick from the chicken), a single sea scallop, and some potato soup. I'm broken-hearted that this was a nice dinner to celebrate a special moment for us, and it happened to be the worst experience we've had at a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. We are very disappointed.
