Kitanda - Shoreline

The food was okay, but this is not a complaint at the franchise or location of this franchise. Acai and coffee is just really overpriced and homemade version can easily taste so much better. I got a 16oz latte and a small acai bowl for ~20$ including tip.

It breaks my heart to write this review since this is/was my go to coffee and breakfast on the go spot but today was Such a Huge disappointment. I placed in order through the drive through, and was again, saddened to hear that they were out of the mango acai smoothie and spinach. I then pulled up to the window and waited and waited and waited. There were 2 girls working, and people coming in but the wait time got Ridiculous. I finally just pulled away. I Absolutely love the Amazing coffee, acai, and food but I honestly don't know if I will be back. The girls working could have come to the window and apologized for the wait but they left me hanging. There was 2 cars behind me and I don't know if they waited but my time is precious.

I 've been going here regularly since it 's opened. Energy Bowls are good. Went yesterday, ordered two, and got yo the counter they nonchalantly attempted to UPCHARGE ME. I asked, and they said, Oh, we 're aware that our menu board is incorrect, but this is the new cost. 12÷÷÷ for HALF of a bowl of Acai (always dependent on the servers ' mood) and a few berries?‍ridiculous!!!Explained that it wasn 't right to charge another price WELL AFTER you 've placed an order from a priced menu board. They say, Oh, sorry about that?‍, do you want it or not? I LEFT WILL NOT RETURN!!!! Unfortunately!ALL to lose a customer, and 23 sell, and reputation. Not a company I want to represent nor give my to. How hard would ot be to swallow 4.50, honor price SYATED ON BOARD keep a regular customer.CHANGE YOUR FREAKIN SIGN!!!So ALL KNOW THERE IS an AWSOME ACAI PLACE IN KENMORE- not too far from this location- TROPICAL BERRY- And they 're very personable, great service, and delicious options for Acai ?TRY THEM!!!!!?

The saddest energy blast i have ever seen and i’ve been going to kitanda sense i was a kid.

Clean space, friendly environment and good food! 100% recommended.
