I've put up with a very basic sandwich and average coffee in return for the view and reasonable prices. The prices have remained cheap but there's now fresh and tasty food as well. I had bagel with salmon and scrambled egg which was delicious. On the way out, I couldn't resist the look of the cakes. I took home some carrot cake and a chocolate brownie to share with my children. They were amazing and obviously home made. I'd definitely return for the food (especially the cake) as well as the view. Only slight negative was the coffee which was too weak for my liking but it cost 50p less than other cafes in town. I will take my children back as there was a lovely playhouse outside and colouring to keep them amused.
Found this delightful spot in the Parade Shopping Centre. It has a magnificent view out over the River Severn with food and service to match breakfast lunch. Well worth a visit.
Perfect little place for value food and good portions at a good price. Ideal for families or anyone grabbing a peaceful bite to eat. Clean and friendly I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on granary toast delicious and excellent value at £3.50. I would definitely come again
After searching for my wedding dress in the parade we were all starving so 5 of us called in for brunch! What a little gem hidden away! Lovely service, clean and tidy. Great food and a huge selection as well and a great location, there is even an outside seating area that over looks Shrewsbury! Will definitely be using this place again the food was delicious!
Been several times. Always enjoy the food. Great in summer if the weather is good can sit on terrace. Slight criticism though. Get teapots that don't dribble everywhere.
