Rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Shameful really. Don’t go. Service: 1
When we got to the restaurant, the host asked us where we preferred to be sat and we immediately picked a table. As she was seating us, the guy who we assume was either the owner or manager confronted the host. He wanted us at a different table but we insisted on the spot we were already at. We ordered pizza and some drinks. When the pizza was ready, the manager brought it to the wrong table. It was a table right next to us. Those guests had just come in and hadn 't even ordered anything. Due to the confusion, the manager gives us eye contact and immediately asked us in a very rude tone is there a problem? Because if there is, that 's a whole other story. he picks up the pizza from the other table and literally throws it at us with an attitude and walks away. We confined to watch his interaction with other clients and he seemed really friendly to other people. Every time he came to us his attitude was different. We were definitely racially profiled. I took a bite of one slice of pizza and it was horrible. We proceeded to pay the bill and left to go find another place to eat. The bathrooms there were also nasty. Trash on the floor, stinky and no toilet paper. If I had walked into the bathroom before ordering anything, I would have never sat. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Very bad first impression to tourists. Also over priced for nasty tasting food.
Unfriendly service, even as I was paying, the waiter turned away to the next guest. If it weren't for the situation, the store would have been closed long ago. Never again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Even the best location cannot enhance a visit to this restaurant. I couldn't believe my eyes when I was served a pizza Prosciutto e Fungi, for which champions from the jar/can were used, which were ice cold and obviously hadn't even made it into the oven (poor things! . The salad came without dressing and unseasoned, carelessly thrown into a bowl, neither salt and pepper nor oil and balsamic made it to our table to “save” the salad, but okay, that would probably have been too much to ask for 15 euros . The spaghetti carbonara probably wouldn't have fed even a small child, but that would probably have been due to the size of the portion as well as the firmness of the noodles. I guess they were allowed to leave the pot after two minutes of cooking. I am reassured that we were allowed to pay an additional six euros for the use of the table and chairs, which rounded off this “worthwhile” visit. This restaurant is absolutely recommended. Not.
