Barbarossa Coffee - Spring

We ordered from DoorDash. The coffees were good however the pastries were not fresh or tasty. Not sure I will return.

I found this will at a training for work. I only wanted a cup of coffee and a place with Wi-Fi during an extended lunch break. When I walked in this place smelled amazing and not of coffee but of food. They have a really nice menu and a big place to work, hangout, or grab a bit to eat. The only issue I had was that the Wi-Fi did not work. Next time I have a training I will grab something to eat.

Cute little shop definitely would recommend if you're in the area! I had the honey and lavender iced my bf had something different and didn't like it so much hence the 4 star rating overall I enjoyed my experience and got work done.

Update on my high recommendation to try the blueberry cheesecake. They changed the recipe completely and I so very much miss the old one. Not a fan of the new one.

Really good coffee is served in this cozy shop. They brew their own coffee beans brand, Hondurean , Guatemalan, Ethiopian Costa Rican, Kenyan and Congo beans. From light to Dark roast style. They offer desserts as well and also salty pastries like kolaches and Croissants. We tried the cheesecake and it was moist and fluffy, absolutely delicious, to drink we ordered the Valhalla cold Late which was mix of medium roast coffee with, heavy cream, Vanilla and honey! So good!! The barista was really friendly and he explain us the coffee menu and desserts. Definitively will be back soon to try some. Nice Ambience, nice music, ideal for brunch or afternoon snack.
