Hickory River Smokehouse - Springfield

This is my way to grill in springfield, il. everything has good taste and taste. the braut is always freshly cut, my favorite. in any case, the future here will stop.

I was really craving BBQ, so I decided to check out this restaurant. I was extremely pleased with the meal! I ordered the pulled pork and brisket, accompanied by mac and cheese and a hearty bread. My friend had the sausage with potato salad and chili. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals; the flavors were fantastic. You know how some BBQ places have a uniform taste? Well, each type of meat here had its own distinct flavor, which went wonderfully with the BBQ sauces. The bread was dense, and I saved some to take home. The fries had a clean taste, and the mac and cheese was excellent as well. If I had a visitor from out of town, I would definitely bring them here. My friend even declared that this is our BBQ spot now. We will surely be back!

The dining experience was incredible, with outstanding service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food is absolutely delicious—everything has wonderful flavor! Plus, the staff is incredibly friendly and charming!
