Contribuer aux commentairesI've been a patron of this restaurant for quite a while, but I've reached my limit. They expect you to pay for their meals but deny access to the restrooms. The service is appallingly disrespectful. It seems they believe the virus only exists in the restrooms, not elsewhere in the restaurant. In short, they are too cheap and negligent to invest in maintaining clean facilities, so they make up excuses instead. I’m sure there are many other customers who feel the same way but are hesitant to speak up. I think that will change soon.
The customer service left much to be desired; the staff appeared to be in a hurry and carelessly stacked items on the bread. A bit more patience and respect for customers would make a significant difference.
I had an excellent experience at Subway. The sandwich artist was very helpful and added just the right amount of toppings that I asked for. While the food is a solid 3 stars, the service earns an extra 2 stars. If you decide to go, make sure to ask for Mohammad—he'll make sure you're well taken care of!
I had lunch at this Subway location, and unfortunately, I ended up getting food poisoning. While I was there, I observed that the lettuce was slimy and the guacamole was brown. I should have walked out at that moment. I'm sharing this as a warning because it seems that this place is not adhering to proper food safety standards. I'm feeling quite ill and will not be coming back.
This Subway location is impressively clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. The manager, Jung, was particularly helpful, ensuring that I could customize my children's meals just the way I wanted.
