While the app is user-friendly, it becomes irrelevant if the order isn't properly communicated to the staff or if it's not prepared in advance. As for the food, the sliced brisket was dry and could be torn apart like beef jerky. The macaroni and cheese was served cold, and the fried okra was old and rubbery. As much as I appreciated the app, nothing else about my experience was satisfactory. I see little reason to return to Dickey's BBQ. Honestly, for a fraction of the cost (and better quality), I could have just made some fried spam and Velveeta macaroni and cheese at home.

I ordered food for delivery, but multiple drivers arrived to pick it up only to be turned away for reasons I will never understand. The worst part is that no one thought to inform me about why my order wasn't being delivered. To make matters worse, there is no way to call and inquire about it—the phone number is not functional. This is unacceptable service, and you've lost my business.

As for the atmosphere, even through takeout, you could feel the inviting vibe of the place, which is reflected in my 5-star rating. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a delicious and satisfying meal!
