Very interesting what is gluten-free. The owner will list for you what you can have. I have eaten there often without reaction. Western Chinese food basically. My family loves it.
I've been eating in Vietnamese restaurants for 25 years. I usually order the same dish because it is my favourites (vermicelli nuds with grilled bark) usually the bark is grilled, so it is a little caramelized and even sometimes a...bit crunchy. so it tastes so good. well, the bark of Saigon kitchen was smart as it was cooked. there are in the regular many gurken and salat in this court also. now, these young had green paprika and red paprika and a little salate. I have never seen green pfeffer or red pfeffer in this court. it looked more like something I would expect from a Chinese restaurant in the shopping center. in any case not what I expected from a Vietnamese restaurant and the clear sauce that they pour over the Vermicelli nudeln did not look right. it was two oily and there were no odours in it. Something was fishy with this restaurant. no point intended. even the girl at the front theke was from the philippines instead of vietnam. I bet the people who cook the food in the back are also not Vietnamese and they do not know what they do. I'm sorry, but if I go to a Vietnamese restaurant, I want to eat Vietnamese. no Chinese rendition that I would expect in the shopping center. I found this to be a common problem in many Asian restaurants. not Japanese people try to imitate Japanese cuisine, etc. they never get it right
We have been eating in this facility for many years and eating is as good as ever. my favourite dish is the garnel, pork and early roll vermicelli. also love the salad rolls! the owners are very friendly and service is always fast and...friendly
What they find here is a qualitatiw high-quality experience. eating is under standard, pho suppen have little meat and not even served near hot. less than 3 oz chicken on the grilled chicken dish, and the sweet dishes had overboiled Soggy-Veggies... that we had a long way from fresh before the cook came to them. the decor is what they would expect from a gas station dinner. they closed today at 17.30. Too bad they didn't close at 16:30. then we could have chosen a better place to eat.
