One of the best restaurants in St. Pete. If you are looking for a unique dinning experience with quality ingredients this is the spot. Staff was great as the cocktails were on point. I was lucky enough to come right before they changed the menu over. Make reservations because as you would expect, they are
Wild child..was wildly incredible. On the eastern end of central Ave, this restaurant is a must go-to. The service, ambiance, cocktails and of course, the food will make you want to come back here daily. My gf and I were seated right away by the friendly hostess and greeted shortly after by our attentive and outgoing waitress. She provided exceptional service throughout and provided recommendations for all questions we had. I've had a lot of good cocktails in my life, but the clarified mango margarita from Wild Child has to be top 5. It was exquisitely smooth, had a subtle spice, and a sweet mango taste. Definitely recommend this drink, however, the rest of the cocktail menu also looks incredible, which I will definitely be back to try. As for the food, we started with the mussels, even though, yet again, the whole app menu sounded mouth watering and I don't think you could go wrong with any of the items, and the waitress concurred. I am ecstatic we went with the mussels though as the sauce, mussels, and bread that accompanied the dish were all spot on perfect. Flavorful and filling with a little spice, YUM. Also recommend. For the entrees we both went with the Korean fried chicken sandwich cuz it sounded great, and it WAS great. Wonderfully crispy with a nice little kick and juicy throughout. I would also get this sandwich again. Long story short 11/10 experience and will be back to try more menu items!!
This place was awesome. I do wish my chicken was seasoned and not just the hot sauce on top. otherwise it was crunchy and juicy. the butternut squash and goat cheese croquettes were amazing. light and airy and refreshing. my cocktail was also fresh the watermelon was delicious.Vegetarian options: there isn’t a vegetarian menu and specific section but there are many vegetarian options. everything was amazing.
Stopped in for brunch to try a new spot and was lucky enough to snag a spot at the busy bar, instead of waiting 45 minutes for a table. The BEC was nicely done...fluffy eggs and a hint of lemon(? in the roasted red pepper sauce, which was a great touch. The passion fruit curd French toast was also nicely executed. Overall, would probably not put this place in my top 3 brunch spots in St Pete, but will try again, next time for lunch or dinner.
