This is the best flourless chocolate cake. It is not just gluten-free but organic as well. You will not need a second cake for those that can eat gluten. This is a treat for everyone! I add fresh raspberries with a purée but plain is delicious as well.

I purchased 4 cakes on line. Arrived as promised. They were beyond excellent. My wife posted comments and pictures on her F/B page, and I know of 3 others that have ordered on our recommendation, they are that good. Gave 2 cakes to friends, and have just ordered 4 more.. Great product by great people.............

Amazing cake.. very hospitable and warm service. Especially opened shop for us on Jan 1st so we could enjoy a delicious cake for the birthday. Would recommend and go again.. but next time would be prepared and not get surprised by the hidden dog in the car who barks loud ;
