It was a bit hard to find this place. It is close to the Arcade/Lobby level for those who serve vanilla soft, was the absolute best. I'm coming back!
Update. Open up again. He was hoping for vanilla, but only chocolate was available. Reese chocolate sun was good. Service was friendly.

Best ice cream and put it on a Cinnabon for an extra treat
