Merna the server is great, very knowledgeable. Disagree with comments that place is cheap. Food can be hit or miss, depending on what you order. Best go with a big party and get a variety, that way you’ll get to learn what to order when you return, if you did i.e. RG Shrimp fried rice, one of the more expensive entree’s, an all inclusive, rice dish, is bland af. They need to adjust the proportion of the ingredients. Just too much rice in this dish. Also, shrimps were not deveined properly. Lo Mein Chicken is alright. Wonton soup...nothing special. Overall, didn’t find it to be the best value for money. The flavor, or quality is not worth it. You get exactly what you pay for at Panda Express, but not here.
Coming to this style of restaurant is not my first choice. I would rather not go again. The food is just not ever up to par for me. The Thai Dynamite with the white meat chicken was my order. The vegetable mixture was not evenly cooked. The red bell peppers and the snap peas were still crunchy while the onions were soft. The menu also indicated that this was spicy; that was far from the truth. Black pepper tastes spicier than the Sriracha used in it. I was not impressed at all. The chicken also had a rubbery texture to it. I am not sure how it was cooked or the quality of chicken to have it reach that rubber like texture. Rest assured, I will not come here again.
I was so sad when the 2 pei weis closed near me. I love this food and I wish the other locations would of stayed open since their food is so good. The honey seared chicken has always been my favorite for years. The tables and floors are always squeaky clean at this location. I hope to come back soon and they will still be open.
While I did not find the value for what I paid worth it, the staff was very friendly. In fact, as I was checking out the employee ringing me up beamed and said j was so beautiful (9 months pregnant and was not feeling beautiful) and told me I deserved a treat and gave me a free brownie. Such a simple act but it lifted up my spirits and made me tell so many people about his act of kindness.
I expected the restaurant to be full of people with the conditions I walked into at noon on a Monday. Five people eating in the dining area so pretty quiet. The floors were sticky throughout. Only two tables were cleaned off. Food/wrappers were on the booths and scattered around the floor. Staff was apparently occupied elsewhere. I paid $14 for two spring rolls and a small entree. For the price, I expect a much cleaner atmosphere. Well, anywhere I dine, I expect it to be clean. Is it that hard?
