Blue Sea - Steyning

Probably some of the worst fish and chips I've eaten. Pizzas and kebabs are no better and now I've discovered they have a 1* food hygiene rating , I won't even entertain using them again!

The food was quite undercooked, so we returned it, and although they offered us more, it was still not properly cooked. I am really disappointed with the quality of the food and won't be going back.

The fish and chips are cooked fresh to order and served in generous portions. They are well-prepared and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

I was really looking forward to my visit, but the batter on the fish was a bit slimy and undercooked. Unfortunately, all three of us experienced some unusual stomach aches the following day. On a positive note, the chips were good, and I found the prices and menu to be reasonable.

We ordered pie and chips, as well as a pepperoni lover pizza with garlic dip. Despite hearing some negative reviews, we were thrilled that we decided to give it a try. Everything looked, smelled, and tasted fantastic! We'll definitely be ordering from Blue Sea again. Just to note, we placed our order during lockdown, and the premises were clean, well-secured, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great experience. Thank you, Blue Sea!
