This is by far the best Japanese "all you can eat" in the area. The food is wonderful and the staff are very accommodating. Reasonable selection of sushi (better on weekends) and the sashimi is large and delicious. Reservations can be made and on weekends it is recommended. A great selection of drinks is available and of course Sapporo beer on tap is always a good choice for Japanese food. This menu is not only Japanese, however, as the name fusion implies, there is lots of food other than raw sushi and sashimi.

Took some friends for lunch and found the service missing in that they did not have enough staff. The food quality was still good but we found the quantity had been reduced. We spent about $30 pp for lunch.

Ive come before it was good. Today it wasnt great at all.Food: was a 1 out of 5 just because it was edible. Very blan and felt gross eating it but didnt wanna waste it. Been to many places like this one and never felt gross after or like i was a bad idea to come. Portions were the smallest ive seen. Some food served in broken dishwear. Avocado salad had less then slivers of avocado and only 3 and then just lettuce.Service: 4 they were quick to seat us an get food on the table. Atmosphere: calm and relaxing like itOverall very disappointed with the experience.

This is so far the best all you can eat sushi buffet restaurant in Markham. Not only they give you enough food, they also have very fresh sea food. Great for family gathering.

This is an all you can eat, where they bring the food to your table. I normally really like those Japanese restaurants that do that.....one of my favourites is the small Ajai Sai chain. So I was excited to discover this one in Stouffville.Usually at these restaurants some dishes are mediocre, but they have one or two that are exceptional. I waited for one there....couldn't find it. Also, instead of writing down your choices, the waitress just writes them into a computer.....and you don't really get much time to think about it in order to find the right balance.I ordered a few dishes....they are all tiny so it allows you to sample a few. It's an all you can eat for $13 (senior)....not a bad deal. Although, unlike the Ajai Sai, I wasn't really encouraged to order more once I sampled the first few. Here's what I ordered and my assessment of each dish. Red Dragon Roll: came 30 seconds after I ordered it.....but wasn't particularly fresh. Pre-made? But ok. Seaweed Salad: Always like seaweed salads. This one was a bit sweeter than usual. OK. Kalbi (Korean beef short-ribs). One of my favourite dishes normally. But here....probably one of the poorer ones I've had. Sesame wasn't marinaded into it, but just some baked seeds on top. Very sweet...no sesame flavour. Poor. Beef Udon Soup: Beef really tough! Tasteless broth. Poor.Thai Red Curry. I enjoyed eating it despite what appeared to be a sauce made froma powder and chicken that really wasn't very chicken-y. But I've never really had a thai red curry I didn't like. OK. Hot n' Sour soup: starchy, not very interesting, but ok. At this point I was ready to give the restaurant 3 stars....even though it was below average, but not really "poor'. Then came the so-called Teriyaki Squid. It was baked until it was dry with a little bit of some commercial brand of Teriyaki sauce dribbled onto it. Terrible! Unbelievably so. How could anybody do something like that to perfectly good squid? That's why I only gave it two stars. But maybe you might find some other dishes I didn't try that end up pretty good. The water with a twist of lemon in it was pretty good, though. My waitress didn't seem particularly experienced. Maybe I should take that back. She never asked me how my food was......which was probably pretty wise. Or whether I wanted to order other dishes (other than dessert).
