Chanda's Historical Garden - Sukhothai

The restaurant was fantastic, with friendly and lovely owners. The waitress who served us was very welcoming and smiled a lot. We had a wonderful conversation with the owners about our next destinations and received some valuable recommendations. I tried the tom yam soup, which was absolutely delicious. This restaurant was a hidden gem and we only had positive thoughts about it. After our visit, my friend and I couldn't understand how anyone could write a negative review about this place. Not only was the food and drinks some of the best we had in Thailand, but the service was outstanding and the restaurant itself was beautiful. It was located in a lovely spot opposite the temple, and the interior, decorated with signs and quotes, created a great atmosphere and character. As soon as we arrived, we felt welcomed. One of the employees even came out to help us park our bikes and was charming throughout our visit. We loved it so much that we ended up coming back for dinner the same day, and it exceeded our expectations even more. When we had trouble finding transportation back to our hotel that night, the chef insisted on driving us back without hesitation. We were incredibly grateful for this act of kindness from a stranger, and it's a gesture that we will never forget. Additionally, we learned a lot about Sukhothai during our conversations here. Our experience at the Historical Garden Chanda will always be remembered, and we highly recommend it to everyone.

My friend and I visited Tempel in Sukhothai after seeing it recommended by a travel guide. It is a beautiful place located opposite a temple. The owner built it from the ground up, and you can tell that a lot of thought and effort went into it. The restaurant had a lot of character and was very welcoming. The atmosphere was positive and we felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. I ordered the pad thai, which was amazing! We also tried the passion fruit smoothies and coffee, which were delicious. The food came out quickly and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed it so much that we went back for dinner, which was also fantastic. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and drink. The owner was incredibly friendly and even offered to give us a ride back to our hotel with our bikes in the back of his truck when we mentioned needing help getting back. This level of generosity was truly exceptional. We have been to many restaurants in Thailand, but this one stands out as the most beautiful. I highly recommend Tempel in Sukhothai to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the owner and all the staff for providing such a wonderful experience!

I loved it! we went two nights in a row. we appreciate the very friendly staff and eating was beautiful. we like to try any kind of restaurant in Thailand and this was exactly what we needed. very fair price for the quality and quality of food. highly recommended.

Great restaurant, good selection of Thai and western food also good range of drinks.Owners very friendly and go out of their way to help.Also great place to go for a drink and people watch.
