Worst customer service experience ever had at this location especially drive thru night time ?
I found this Tim Hortons as the worst Tim hortons in surrey. However, today I went to this Tim in the morning. There was a girl working alone on soup and sandwich and I think her name was Harmeet. She made my order within a second and served with a smile. I really appreciate her efforts and hard work. I think they should hire more people like her; more polite, nice, and hardworking.
Initially the food was good. I ordered beagle and 1 steap tea and 2 double double coffee. After that what i got was surprising. They gave me the beagles with lattice, which was not ordered, and they forgot to give coffees, when i reminded them they gave me wronv order, i got 2 steap tea and 1 double double, the supervisor was rude as .... she was girl with red t shirt. The time was 11:50 pm at 12th july
I'm a regular customer who comes to this location every morning because it's conveniently close to my home and I can quickly grab my morning coffee. However, I have to express my disappointment regarding the service I've been receiving lately.Firstly, when I pull up to the drive-through window, the staff members engage in conversation and then abruptly disappear. I find myself having to call them multiple times before they return, only to be asked to repeat what I ordered once again. To make matters worse, they often end up giving me the wrong order. While I understand that mistakes can happen occasionally, it's becoming a recurring issue every single morning. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when it's early in the morning and everyone is in a rush to get to work. ? The lack of professionalism and rude attitude from the staff is a huge problem.To add to my frustration, I recently encountered one lady who not only made a mistake but also argued with me when I pointed it out instead of simply apologizing.I hope you can address these issues promptly. Whether it's ensuring you have enough staff or properly training them.
