Flame Grill - Swale

Used to be good…now a joke…. Ordered food at 17.30, called them at 18:45 to be told it was on its way…called them at 19:10 to be told they have no idea where my order is! Cancelled on the spot as kids were starving! Had perfect service for years, over last 12 months had three experiences like this, absolutely done with them. Will be using Aida instead!

Used to be one of the best kebab shops in town. Over the last year or so have let me down too many times on late deliveries and missing food. Got to the point I avoided using them. Tried them again tonight. Food over half hour late. Never again. Avoid at all costs unless you like constant disappointment....

Ordered food at 17.45 still waiting now!! Rang the shop they don’t know where our order is now 22.00. **** joke! Same Saturday night won’t be bothering with this takeaway again! Rang shop said they will refund! Still no show on the food now 22.20 absolute joke!! Used these guys for ages but that’s it we are done!!

I normally use a couple of Kebab houses in sittingbourne which are pretty good, but I gave this place a go and really liked it! I’ve only ordered chicken or lamb kebabs and had a few delivered now, easy ordering on website and paid in advance, fast delivery, well happy!
