Smoothie Time - Tallahassee

I ordered my usual smoothie from the Apalachee store and was disappointed to find that it was watered down and did not taste like it normally does. Even though it was watered down, I could usually still taste the same ingredients. I also paid extra for peanut butter, but there was none in my drink. The manager was unprofessional and seemed indifferent to my complaint. He kept saying he had not received any complaints before and showed little concern for the quality of the smoothie I was dissatisfied with. As a result, I have decided not to spend my money at this establishment again and will instead make my own smoothies. It is unfortunate when one individual's actions can negatively impact a company's reputation, particularly when you were trying to support them.

The vegan club was very tasteful. I got my food in a reasonable time even though it was pretty busy for a Saturday morning. The smoothie was not too sweet. The restaurant itself was nice, clean, and had outside seating.

The service at Beef O Brady’s on Capital Circle NE in Tallahassee, FL has significantly declined. My family and I had to leave after waiting nearly 20 minutes just to get the attention of a waiter or waitress. Despite having enough servers on staff, they were mostly standing around talking and did not take our beverage order.

Really good smoothie, the sandwiches are sneaky good. Staff was extremely nice. I'll be back!

This is the best smoothie I have ever tasted! The customer service is fantastic!
