Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I ordered food for delivery and experienced the worst service ever. After waiting for 65 minutes, I had to cancel my order. The Call Center was terrible. Don't waste your time with this restaurant.

Eating is never good 3 times your out. This time the chicken soup did not come. Cannot credit card for soup only save credit. Two hours to deliver it. Try a store for 20 minutes and no answer. Until 800 were separated. ....Wanted to charge a delivery fee, they take your money, but not credit. I'm upset. Ruined family dinner was cold when I got on him.

After a terrible time at Walker Road, we ended up in this Swiss chalet. We had placed our order on the Walker Road website, waited 45 minutes before we found our waitress again, another 15 minutes before a supervisor came to... She really pretended it was our fault that we waited an hour for no food. Needless to say we have gone (and will never return) and were not in a good mood when we went to the Banwell location. The service was great, the server was wonderfully attentive, the food was fast, good and hot. I highly recommend this place.

This is my first order from Swish chalet , I ordered a Thanksgiving dinner we did not get potatoes and Gravy that you can see with ordering chicken, plus you can see the potatoes and Gravy not get, you have... so many processes go through before you can order your dinner email password account etc. You ask if you want to type the driver, they don't work for me. I called, you can't get through people they have no one to answer the phone! A child will not be full at the meal I received tonight.

My mom and l and 2 friends went to have dinner we waited an hour for our food 2 lady order baked potato got their fish and had to wait another 10 minutes for the potato.They were also told they had to share a coleslaw...and my mom potato was not cook NEVER GOING BACK.
