The main meal was also lackluster, and when I requested gravy, it was served with a thick layer of orange oil on top, which was unappetizing. Additionally, I was overcharged on my bill for 2 desserts by £10, but received a refund after bringing it to their attention. Overall, I was not impressed with the experience and will not be returning or recommending this restaurant.
During our 2-day trip to Ramsgate, we decided to have dinner at The Smugglers Inn. We were greeted by Kerry, who provided exceptional service and made our dining experience enjoyable with her friendly banter as we ordered and received our meals. Thank you, Kerry, for making our visit memorable.
Kerry provided excellent service, despite being busy with many tables. The food was tasty and overall the experience was enjoyable.
Whilst we were able to have Unlimited breakfast, which we had to order as table service, there were no croissants or pastries. So paid £9.99 for a cooked breakfast. Sausages were tiny, a small spoonful of beans, 2 small mushrooms quartered, really not worth the money.
Good food excellent service. Restaurant was extremely busy on my arrival. I was served by Kerri who was very attentive when serving me. Considering how busy the area she was working in she was engaging with all customers in the same manner. Food was good value and will return during my stay here.
