El Pollo Loco - Torrance

The Churros were great, but it went downhill. Order via the EPL app for pickup. Ordnete a double chicken tostada with Mexican vinaiigrette with avocado and a crushed chicken quesadilla without cilantro and no tinga. The queen came with NO chickens of any kind. Apparently the order does not mean a chicken, that is not explained anywhere. However, pays the full price. Not sure to accuse the restaurant or app. This order was placed on an extremely hot evening (9/6) and my house has no A/C. I was hoping for a nice cool salad just to find it was warm, or some might consider hot. I put my infrared thermometer on it and it reads 83 degrees. Even the dressing was warm. Also, the Vinaiigrette did not come with the Zilantro-Calc Dressing. The cash register was very nice. Not my best experience with this El Pollo Loco.

You put salt in the chorro mix instead of sugar!? This place is quite terrible, the churros are usually the only thing they don't mess with, but not today.

The service is good the food is good and although the line can look long when you are in your car, it goes fast.

This is by far the best El pollo Loco in the South Bay!! It's clean, the counterfeit is great. I gave 4 stars to this visit because mi Jaime had to return the chicken as it was dry. But without a foot, the two fresh, hot pieces gave him. Stop the good team!!

I love el Pollo Loco but this time it wasn't as good as it usually and the chicken pieces were very small. Hope you're not sizing down the orders instead of raising the prices.
