It was good as always. except that there are to many homeless coming into the pollo loco in West Covina Ca. on Vincente west covina pkwy and there getting drink... But that may stop because who knows how dangerous it may get one day. Not wishing on that at all. Hope they get some type of security for the area

The service was fast and even though they had a full drive thru and a full inner dining area full they still attended me and served me within 10mins if that. Am... Amazing workers and great customer service and even though they were out numbered by customers they attended everyone with a smile and courtesy. I loved everything about this place hands down these workers deserve a raise for their effectiveness, customer service and proficiency. Keep up the amazing work and please don't over work them they are doing amazingly. Definitely coming back here.
