Total disappointment. Gordon better takes his hell kitchen to his own business. Staff friendly and professional so that’s explaining the one star. Service too slow. Had fish and chips with 3 persons and for each one the fish was over cooked. Dry fish indeed. The frites were tasting as being baked in oil what should have been replaced the day before. The peas were not warm. Extra mayonnaise not handmade but from factory. Starters were acceptabel if sold in a street food market but not complying with the standard one may expect in a restaurant carrying the Ramsey name. I complained about my dish and we didn’t have to pay for it. 20% discount on the bill which is appreciated. But, once Ramsey but most likely not again.

As last stop in our UK trip I have organized an evening meal for 14 of our friends in this restaurant. when we arrived there, the team had gone the extra mile to arrange a nice table for us. the casual atmosphere of the personal allowed us all to have an amazing pickup process, while the personal remained attentive to any need that everyone had everything, while the restaurant was busy with other people. a special mention of georgie, who arranged the evening for us to keep the whole time on the running by email, and that which gave us really excellent service with its amazing humor. the food was great. will definitely be back.

The bartender left us. he says he has no time to accept our order. when we ordered a bottle of wine on the table, it was forgotten and then calculated twice. overall very superficial employees – but food was good. but not a nice evening because you felt undesirable.

The restaurant was closed, although reservations were available. no notification was given until we arrived in the restaurant to get a posted sign on the door.

Save your money, you'll get better service and value for money at plenty of other restaurants in London! This experience ruined my Christmas day and made us feel like second class citizens. Complete waste of money. If our experience was part of one of Gordon Ramsey's TV shows I'm sure he'd have something to say about it too! My Fiance received his starter but mine didn't arrive. I had to report this to the manager and had to wait for at least 30 minutes before I received mine which was just a Kale salad that could have been made in about 5 minutes. We also had to wait about 30 minutes each time we ordered a drink after having to try and get a server's attention, as no one seemed to be assigned to our table. Both tables either side of us got their starters and mains before us and after raising it with 3 different servers got no explanation and barely an apology. Our main meal arrived an hour and 40 minutes after we arrived which seems shocking considering it was Christmas dinner on Christmas day, which you'd assume they would be prepared for. When we did finally receive the meal the server tried to also give us the Kale salad I'd ordered as a starter and when we said we didn't want it got attitude from them. At the end of the meal we decided to cancel the desserts we'd ordered, only to find they'd never been ordered anyway. We then had another 20 minute wait to be given the opportunity to pay the extortionate prices for a shocking service! I honestly regret booking here and definitely would not recommend!
