Didn?t feel valued as a guest. Mask was worn by ?shift leader? covering chin (not nose/mouth). Quesadilla appeared reheated with tortilla falling apart. I needed the item put in a tray with a spoon to eat it with.

This place was terrible. It took over 20 minutes to get food after waited in drive thru. Had to pull into parking lot and wait with 3 other cars who were there even longer than us. Everything was cold. I would never visit this place again. Avoid or risk getting sick.

I've not gone inside but it looks clean. The staff that works the drive through are all polite and up beat which makes for a great experience. As for the food, it's Taco Bell, so you know what you're getting. That being said the food is always hot and they don't skimp on things. All in all of you're at the Highlands and want something quick hit them up.

I love this place go there for lunch often. Always get my order right!!
