I’ve been in Trieste for my vacation and definitely Primo was my favorite place where to eat and drink a good glass of wine. The cuisine is based on fish mainly (which I totally love that and you can delight your taste with classic or gourmet delicious recipes. Lunch time is more casual, instead dinner is more lounge style and classy. Fabrizio is a great host: with his smile and friendly approach can enchant all the guests as well as pour wine onto pyramids of glasses for a spectacular cheers ; I recommend all the tourists to stop by and experience Primo, meanwhile I feel kinda jealous for the Trieste’s inhabitants, since they can enjoy it almost everyday...

We came across this restaurant in Trieste, which is a beautiful cities. Unfortunately only there for a day (on a cruise). The restaurant had not long been open. The Staff were excellent as was the food. All homemade food. We had the Lasagne good value 4 meals 6 beers and it was 44 Euros. How is that for value Hope to visit Trieste again the City deserves more than a day..
