Chalet Tovel - Tuenno

They have their own amaro, which is special worth leaving with a bottle which can be purchased, and now they even have their own gin which was very nice, appearing in a number of bespoke cocktails a rare thing in the Italian scene overall. This restaurant, that at first sight may seem a simple semi-snackbar place, is really the ideal spot to enjoy the lake and good food for friendly prices. We all has something different and is was without any exception tasty and perfectly prepared. Some good wines available too.

You would mit expect such a nice and modern restaurant and hotel in such a remote area. Lake Tovel is a must see if you are in Trentino and the restaurant is as well worth a visit after a hike along the wonderful lake side trail.
