Chez Manu - Ushuaia

We came to chez manu in the first night in ushuaia and were very impressed. the staff who welcomed us were professional and friendly. for the meal I ordered the cordero en dos cocciones and my friend ordered the merluza negra. both dishes were. we shared a bottle of chardonnay and we ended the meal with the crème brûlée. the service was top notch, the food was super tasty, and at the end we were even offered a tour through the kitchen and had to meet the cook and kitchen staff. to surpass the dinge, as we went, we met the sweet cat that remains on the one. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits ushuaia.

Chez manu is a restaurant with a surprising view of the bay,Mount olivia and 5 brothers' mount. ideal for an early dinner. in november it will be around 10.30 hrs at night the decoration is classic but pleasant and very cozy. chef emmanuel herbin proposes a...short menu with a French essence based on natural products from tierra del fuego. large spining crab black hake in 2 textures. and I also recommend the Gratin scallops. the dishes have a very attractive presentation with a careful decoration. the personal is excellent and knows the menu with precision.

Once I discovered chez manu, I could not stand to eat elsewhere! Nicely prepared from local ingredients, everything was excellent. my friends and I tried quite everything on the menu over a period of days, and nothing was disappointing.

The place has an amazing view on the Ushuaia bay. Manu offers an elegant cuisine that fusion French and Patagonian taste. The menu has a large variety of seafood, meat and fish. As we were in a lamb mood, we selected the delicious lamb carpaccio,...lamb tongue cooked with herbs and tomato, the house cordero asado and lamb rack. Excellent!!! The apple crumble, and the champagne sabayon with Patagonian berries are exceptional. Very good and friendly service.
