Sashimi, Sushi, Maki rolls and hand rolls were all pretty good. No complaints. Setting is pretty nice, used to be an Italian restaurant probably. Considering the price, probably one of the better AYCE sushi restaurants around in the GTA.
Visited on good Friday during lunch time and they are very busy, we ask for the all you can eat option. They do have A la carte menu if you ask them. They have only 1 sushi chef during my visit but still be able to keep up (kind of). Took 20 minutes for our sushi order to come out and kitchen order took almost 15 monutes which is ok on a relaxing good Friday. Our server is very attentive in my opinion as they only have 2 servers at the time. Very good price in my opinion due to their small selection, but this is perfer as we only order sushi roll anyway. $11.99 for adult and $7.99 for kids between 4-10. I will return and will recommend to my friend.
Fast service, friendly staff. Not the best sushi ever but it's good. Dragon rolls, tempruras, rolls, sushis and sashimis are good. Solmon teriyaki in AYCE is small. You may want to have multiple. AYCE Sunday night is only $17.99.
We keep coming back for lunch or dinner here. Food is consistently good. Service can vary. Kids love the bento boxes. IF you are going for the all you can eat, the whole table needs to be on board for this so unfortunately i cannot comment on the buffet.
Came her for dinner tonight after going to Maple Sushi around the corner a few times. Sen Sushi is really nicely decorated but the sushi selection falls short. The AYCE menu is about 1/3 the size of Maple Sushi and most other places. I get the feeling that these folks are actually Japanese which is a switch because about 90% of the sushi joints are owned by Chinese in the GTA. The portions are cut smaller which is more traditional and is much nicer than trying to stuff a giant roll in your mouth. The tempura is not traditional and is more deep fried. Service is just ok. I don't think I'll be back and would sooner pay the extra few bucks at Maple Sushi around the corner.
