While we had been warned to go early we arrived to a full house around 8pm and were told it would be 30 mins for a table but we're fitted in much sooner than that. The food was fresh, rustic local to the area and very generous portions. We had plenty of wine and water and expected the bill for the four of us off the Pilgrim menu to be €40 and more for the extra wine but we're only charged €35 as my wife only had a main course. While they appeared to be closing e asked if we could stay for a drink and were told no problem. We had a creation of a G&T with frozen raspberries and lemon rind and two brandies for less than €10. Fabulous family run restaurant and one of our best meals on the Camino, highly recommended.
