The presentation of the food is exquisite, with beautiful plating and a charming layout. The cafe drinks are especially impressive visually. What really sets this place apart is the homemade quality of the ingredients. Both dishes we tried were carefully crafted with fresh, flavorful ingredients that were perfectly balanced. The prices are on the higher end, but well worth it for the high quality and sincerity of the staff. Overall, a truly memorable and enjoyable dining experience. This restaurant is definitely a standout and one of the best spots on the island.
We were a group of six and we all enjoyed the food and drinks we ordered. Everyone left happy and satisfied. We loved the space, the great presentation of food, and the thoughtfulness put into the menu with unique flavor combinations. Reservations are not accepted, so it's best to arrive about 45 minutes early and wait in line.
The menu at this restaurant is very unique! The location is beautiful as well. I tried the dandelion beverage with chaga (seen in photos) and was impressed by how delicious it was. The coffees and broths were also of excellent quality. I ordered the tartine, my sister had the Sleeping Beauty pancakes, and my dad had the Golden Benny with extra bacon. Out of the three dishes, our favorites were the Benny (especially the bacon) and the pancakes. You won't be disappointed if you visit this restaurant.
Nourish is hands-down the best breakfast spot in Victoria, and in fact one of the best restaurants overall. The food is farm-to-table, and prepared with love and care in delicious and often unexpected ways. The restaurant is dairy-free,gluten-free, and organic, and is loved by us and our kids. We particularly like the eggs Benny, which are prepared with adelicious cashew cream sauce. The seedy bread is also terrific. The coffee drinks are especially creative and are served withbeautiful flourishes of design and usually edible flowers. The manager, Amira, is so incredibly kind and attentive. All in all, this is a wonderful restaurant.
The cutest heritage house with delicious brunch made with fresh local ingredients. We had the half and half (pancake and half Benny), the golden Benny and their bone broth. Everything was colourful, flavourful, and high quality. Highly recommend you goat least 15min before they open so you can snag the first seating.
