Toscana - Villars-sur-Ollon

Cosy place with great food! Went to Villars with a group of friends and popped in for a pizza. There was a rare accident in the kitchen which made the food take a long time to come, but they apologised and explained. They offered complementary...wine and desserts for the wait, to keep us busy! They were friendly and chatty! Amazing place, lovely atmosphere. I’m looking forward to going again.

Very friendly and efficient staff, but the food was really not good. Parmigiana was more like a pot of melted chewing cheese with tomato sauce, where you had to dig to find a piece of egg plant. The red tuna melt was very fishy, cold and completely raw. They brought a second dish with better grilled tuna, but the taste was still near terrible. Pizza is the food to come here, they looked nice.

Good food at a reasonable price. The specials were really the highlight of the restaurant, although the pizzas were also good. The Swedish host was definitely the best part of the restaurant to ensure that our experience is simply perfect. Was happy to get a table... without the booking for the first time we went there and was so impressed that our group made a booking to return two days later. The booking is highly recommended as the restaurant is very full in low season.

A cheerful place housed by Mama Lotta himself. While the menu concentrates mainly on pizzas that are huge and quite wide, it is the specials that would bring me back. My consisted of 2 types of tortellini with slightly different fillings, each flavored with... its delicious sauce and the whole with truffles. To die!
