With the menu changing with the seasons, but the quality always impeccable. The drinks are sensational. Excellent cocktails, simple yet on point wine list and small but superb beer range (amazingly with long neck options). The vibe, atmospheric and art really seals the deal. Lovely friendly and hard working staff too. Could go here every day for the rest of my life and never get tired.
‘Discovered The Birdhouse as we passed through the town on our way home. It can be tricky to find life in regional NSW on Sunday evenings and we were pleasantly surprised to find this bar. We had some good food and beers in this interesting place with art on the walls and a neat courtyard. The young woman behind the bar was friendly and helpful. Well worth looking up when in Wagga.....
Absolutely fabulous spot in down town Wagga Wagga....great ambiance....amazing staff....beautiful space....definitely deserves to be number 1 on the best things to do in Wagga.
We had an amazing night at this restaurant. Our group of 16 people all enjoyed their meals. I highly recommend trying the confit duck, it was delicious and the portion sizes were very generous. The atmosphere was great, as we had our own private area near the bar. The cocktails were fantastic and the service was fast. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful evening.
This is the place to be in Wagga. The seasonal dining options are fabulous, with delicious meals that satisfy any appetite. The cocktail selection rivals that of the 1940s and the wine list is so extensive, it will make you think all the cellar doors are closed. The atmosphere is rustic, relaxed, and welcoming to guests of all ages. Thank you, Mark!
