I wanted to share a great experience we had at this restaurant. My child accidentally spilled two full smoothies on the floor, and understandably, he was quite upset. However, the staff at this location were incredibly kind and immediately took care of the mess, remaking the smoothies for us. The drinks were excellent, and we were really appreciative of their help. This happened on the 4th of July, so the fact that they remained so patient and friendly while working on a holiday truly impressed us!
This was incredibly disappointing! I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, and they forgot to add the avocado to the sandwich. On top of that, there was an excessive amount of sauce – it felt like I could have bathed in it! I ended up tossing it in the trash because it was just that unappetizing. I definitely won’t be ordering from them again! Service: Delivery Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
My issue isn't with the food, but rather with their choice to use DoorDash drivers for delivery. Unfortunately, my experiences have been more misses than hits. The drivers often fail to follow instructions. Today, for instance, the driver took my food after knocking and ringing the doorbell, despite my specific request for them not to do so. Like many people working from home in 2023, I was busy when she arrived. Instead of simply following my clear request to leave the food at the door, she repeatedly knocked and rang the bell. I even have footage of her taking my food. I believe Panera should employ their own drivers rather than relying on contractors for their delivery service. Now, all I'm left with is a refund and maybe some sort of credit, which is really frustrating.
