Smashburger - Waterloo

Very good burgers, lots of taste. I wish it from all slots. Sometimes it's good to be calm and eat.

We waited for 22 minutes just to get a hamburger and pommes. The pommes were hard like rock and cold. Couldn't even bite him. I wanted to return the Pommes with my reception. She wouldn't give me new fresh fries. I didn't want to return my money. Terrible.

None of the menu screens works. It's hard to order. Food was good, but fat.

We tried this place because we heard something good about it. The costs were about what we expected, but the food did not live until the hype. When our order was finished, it was wrong. I got 2 tablets with the order from us and another one. We were all hired after alignment. I order the regular fries, they were cold, I'm talking at room temperature! My wife's sweet potato fries were warm and soggy. The chicken fingers were a little rough and tricky, and my double-burger was just fine. On the plus side the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I don't know if it makes a difference, but that wasn't on a stand alone location, that was within another place, on a busy Friday night. Try again at a stand alone location and update the review.

Great burger. Juicy and well seasoned. Will definitely go back.
