Menchie's Waterloo

I had a great time creating my own ice cream at this restaurant. They offer a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings to choose from. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive.

I really enjoy the frozen yogurt at Menchie's! I do wish they had more flavor options, as they only offer about 8. However, they have a fantastic variety of toppings, including hot peanut butter and chocolate sauces. I appreciate that it's pay by weight, so you can be sure you're only paying for what you get.

My wife and I visited this place on a dull weeknight during the warmer months. There were plenty of ice cream flavors to choose from, as well as a wide variety of toppings available.

Mediocre place to grab dessert near university. The seating area is clean and has enough space. The place is self serve (You order up front.) The staff is friendly and the atmosphere was nice and open. The dessert itself was ok with the Signature Icy Grass Jelly. It was a decent size for the price and had enough toppings, but the flavor itself was pretty bland.

If you're ever in the UW Plaza area, you need to check out Meet Fresh! This cozy dessert place hails from Taiwan and they prioritize serving healthy desserts freshly made with no preservatives ~ The overall ambiance of the place was very nice, the staff was friendly and we received good service. I had ordered the Gemini waffle and if there was one phrase I could use to describe the dish it would be a symphony of fruit! The dish consisted of delicious waffles dusted with freshly sliced ​​mangoes, strawberries, bananas and an ice cream puppet show. Meet Freshs waffles had a sweet crunch on them and were well done. The choice of fruit composed the waffles very well and didn't make the dish very heavy. The ice cream scoop was what brought the whole platter together as it made everything so smooth and creamy when put together with the fruit and waffles it takes this dish to another level! So if you ever try out some Taiwanese desserts or a nice place to hang out with your friends when after something sweet, definitely check out Meet Fresh!
