The soft instrumental music played dialed down the day in a quick and relaxing way. Both servers were excellent and discreet. The menu boasts more variety than regular Italian restaurants I have frequented—traditional fare with a twist. I chose the bison lasagna and did not regret it. It was presented beautifully and was a very generous portion. I paired it with a lovely glass of red wine. It was a lovely visit.
Not saying the food was inedible here but it was bland and for the price you kind of hope it's going to knock your socks off, they really would have benefited from salt and paper on each table. The ambience was amazing, really loved the aesthetic of this place too bad the food was bland.
I wish I'd had the good sense to get our server's name, however she was outstanding! On her own with 12 tables yet she was so cheerful, so friendly, and beyond efficient. That lovely young woman should get a raise, what an asset she is to your restaurant and community!
We ordered a Margarita, Baileys coffee, Vegetarian pasta and a Tiramisu, but I wasn’t very impressed with the taste. It could be the cause of the off season on a rainy Friday winter night in December. Could be a lot more better but it was one of the only three open restaurants in Waterton at this moment.
This restaurant is in one of the hotels right next to our lodge inside Waterton Park. It's elegant and upscale. Small dining room with about a dozen tables for 2-4 people. Nice simple decor with light colored furniture, large black and white landscape photos adorn one of the walls. Service is good and attentive. Food is amazing. Only complaint is it is rather pricy but worth the splurge. We had salad, salmon, garlic shrimps, sautéed green beans, and tiramisu. It's our best meal so far in our 2 week trip on the road.
