Costa Coffee - West Dorset

Delicious coffee and friendly baristas make this place a must-visit. There's nothing better than starting the day with a great cup of coffee.

There’s a male member of staff who thinks he’s some sort of comedian and wants the whole store to hear him giving a running commentary. Unfortunately he’s not that smart and ends up screwing up drinks orders. If he calmed down and concentrated on his job he might be useful.

I had the most incredible white chocolate and strawberry hot milkshake ever!!! I absolutely adore the strawberry flavor and the delicious kick it had. The server was very kind, friendly, and supportive.

I wasn't impressed with my experience today at the restaurant. There were three staff members working behind the counter, but it took them over 5 minutes to even acknowledge my presence. When I mentioned to one of the staff members that they should still acknowledge customers even when busy, I didn't receive an apology. There were three customers already seated and six tables that needed clearing. I was hesitant to tell them that my coffee was only lukewarm.

The staff at this restaurant were incredibly nice. They were very understanding towards my younger brothers who have ASD, and even chased after us down the street when I forgot my hat. Thank you so much!!!
