It is a favorite spot for affordable and delicious local meals made with organic ingredients and whole grains. I highly recommend trying the vegan laksa! Even non-veg family members enjoy dining here. In addition to the restaurant, they also have a retail department where they sell some health food products. The restaurant is conveniently located near Bukit Batok MRT. This review was last updated on September 20, 2022.
I would not recommend dining at the Twog restaurant in Rail Mall, as they do not allow for the deletion of photos and there seems to be an issue with updating the menu. This is based on my experience on May 4, 2022.
Love that the lei cha here is the thicker kind, and like how they use that unique dark-green veggie I forgot the name of :
Went there finally after hearing so much positive reviews from my friends and definitely not disappointed~ as usual, my default dish was thunder tea rice because I was at a loss as to what to choose. The food was amazing, even though it’s supposed to be healthy, and very flavourful and filling. While the soup is not as thick as I would have liked, it did not lose out much on the herbal fragrance which I think a good, authentic thunder tea rice ought to have.
Their menu items are almost all vegan. Their Thunder Tea Rice, Nasi Lemak and Olive Rice are some of the must-try dishes.
